The Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi in which the company's articles of association were published, and the Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi issues containing other amendments
The most recent Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi showing the shareholding structure (from the TOBB website)
Certificate of Activity or Chamber Registration Certificate (from the Ticaret Odası website)
Balance sheet and income statement for the last three years, certified by the tax office
Identity card photocopies, tax identification numbers, and residence certificates of the company partners (must not be older than 3 months)
Company signature circular (including the reference page)
