In line with the decision of our Board of Directors, and following the necessary notifications to and approvals from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA), Sinan Çevik has been appointed as the General Manager and Board Member of Tera Finans Faktoring.

Having undertaken critical roles at Turkey's leading financial institutions throughout his professional career spanning over 30 years, Sinan Çevik has developed strong expertise in various fields of banking through his managerial experiences at Yapı Kredi, Turkland Bank, Albaraka Türk, and Ziraat Bank.

He led the company's growth strategies as the General Manager, CEO, and Board Member at Ziraat Leasing, and contributed to shaping the policies and strategies of the sector as a Board Member of the Association of Financial Institutions.

Most recently serving as the CFO and Executive Committee Member at Teknik Yapı, Çevik successfully built a bridge between the real sector and the financial world, steering the financial sustainability and strategic growth of the company.

Our Company has increased its capital from TRY 50,000,000 to TRY 200,000,000, with the entirety covered by internal resources, and continues its progress in the sector backed by its strong financial structure.

Tera Finans Faktoring Board Member and General Manager Mr. Erdal Yeniçeri, and Tera Finans Faktoring Board Member Ms. Nurcan Taşdelenler shared their 2025 factoring evaluations.

The auction of the non-performing receivable amounting to 14,854,168.12 TL arising from factoring transactions of our company, Tera Finans Faktoring AŞ., held in accordance with the regulations determined by BDDK and other relevant authorities, was carried out on 26/12/2024 through the open auction method, and ARMADA VARLIK YÖNETİM A.Ş. won the auction.

Additionally, the delivery date of the related auction data has been changed to 19 December 2024, while the deadline for the sealed final offers has been revised to 25 December at 17:00, and the auction date to 26 December 2024 – Thursday. The auction will be conducted at our company headquarters through an open bidding method with the participation of the three highest bidding firms.

The confidentiality agreement must be signed and submitted to us by 17:00 on Friday, December 13, 2024. The auction data will be delivered between December 16–18. The deadline for the final sealed offer is 17:00 on December 24, and the auction will be held on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at our company headquarters through an open bidding procedure with the participation of the top 3 highest bidders selected from the sealed offers.

Following the Ordinary General Assembly and Sector Representation Board elections of the Financial Institutions Association, Ms. Nurcan TAŞDELENLER, Board Member of Arena Finans Faktoring A.Ş, has been elected as the Chair of the Factoring Sector at the Financial Institutions Association for a term of three years.

The application submitted by Arena Finans Faktoring A.Ş. to SPK for the approval of a domestic debt instrument issuance document, to be offered to qualified investors without a public offering, was approved with the decision dated 02.05.2024 and numbered 23/627. Mr. Yeniçeri completed his university education in Banking and Insurance and began his career in the construction and tourism sectors, working in Accounting and Sales & Marketing. Since 2004, he has transitioned into the factoring sector, holding positions in the Credit and Intelligence departments of various factoring companies. Mr. Yeniçeri is a qualified executive with the ability to deliver in-house trainings on credit allocation, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment. He also holds the title of expert witness in the field of Accounting and Financial Analysis—recognized by the Ministry of Justice—and is authorized in matters related to banking, financial leasing, factoring, and corporate finance regulations.
