Tera Finans Faktoring was established in 2009 and registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under the trade registration number 699837.

Our company conducts factoring activities in accordance with foreign trade and exchange legislation, by purchasing and selling all types of invoiced receivables related to domestic commercial transactions as well as import and export transactions. These operations, along with other factoring activities outlined under the objectives and subject matter of the company’s Articles of Association, are carried out in compliance with factoring regulations and in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
